About The Event
This event is free for members. We ask non-members to make a donation of £2 to contribute to the cost of the event
Our CYA events are aimed at children aged 7-11. We ask that parents remain on site during the event to ensure that their children are happy and engaged
Today, we'll have a series of short talks covering various aspects of gravity wave astronomy, how it works, recent discoveries and future plans. We will probably have some fun and games as well before a refreshments break.
After the break we will have some further activities that might include some sort of craft or modelling or a planetarium show.
Every month we have a "raffle" that includes everyone who has arrived on time for the start - so don't be late
