Introduction to Astronomy Courses
Each session is going to be around 45 minutes long, and there will be time for the audience to ask questions and to dig into the topic. For each talk, the coverage will include the latest understanding of the topic, but will often include a bit of the history of discoveries that have led us up to the current understanding. In addition, mention will usually be made of any current or pending missions to find out more.
All our courses are normally held at The Institute of Astronomy, Madingley Road, Cambridge, CB3 0HA.
